With reference to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal data protection code), Piazza di Spagna View S.r.l., with headquarters in Piazza di Spagna, 20 - 00187 Roma, intends to handle the personal data that you have provided us, exclusively for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations regarding our commercial relationship with you.

For registered users, the information provided when creating an account can be viewed or modified at any time by accessing the "access your profile" section with your username and password.

Pursuant to article 13 of the aforementioned Code, we are required to provide you the following information:

Data processing purposes
The data you have provided us will be processed as part of our company's normal activities, and particularly in order to perform our contractual or legal obligations (e.g. administrative, tax, accounting purposes, etc.) and for periodic communications of an informative/advertising nature sent by BH5 Spa or other companies in the Boscolo group, to my address, including by email.

Data processing methods
For what concerns the data processing methods, your details will be stored in a special data archive, both on paper and on a computer. Subject to the application of adequate security measures for data protection and privacy, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code, your personal data will be processed using specific data processing and storage programmes. 

Obligatory or optional nature of the provision of data
For the purpose of providing complete information, we wish to inform you that the provision of your personal data is necessary (and, therefore, your consent is not required under the terms of Article 23 et seq of the Code) to the extent that it is used by our company to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations, or it regards information from public registers, lists, deeds or documents available to anyone and, except for its distribution, in the event that the processing is carried out for upholding or defending a legal claim. Apart from these cases, your consent will be required for any other use of your personal details.

Consequences of refusal to comply.
Your refusal to provide details which we believe to be fundamental (e.g. name, surname, company name, registered office, operational office, secondary branches, capital stock, telephone numbers, fax numbers, legal representative, tax code and VAT registration number, business purpose, bank details, etc.),  may make it impossible for us to establish or continue contractual relations with you.

Your personal details may be communicated to the following categories of individuals:

any individual entitled to access the data by law or regulations;
credit institutes responsible for managing collections and payments, financial institutes, insurance and accounting establishments;
credit collection agencies;

Your personal data will be processed by the following categories of persons:

company management, as persons responsible for and/or assigned with the task of data processing;
employees of the operational office, assigned with the task of data processing;
hotel management, as persons responsible for and/or assigned with the task of data processing;
employees in charge of the reception, administration and treasury of the facilities managed by BH5 Spa, as persons assigned with the task of data processing.

Your details will never be distributed, unless with your explicit consent.

Lastly, with regard to all the above, we wish to draw your attention to the rights to which you are entitled, based on article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code, to which we refer and among which we mention your right to obtain the following from our company:

a) indication of the origin of your data, the purposes and methods of its processing, the identification details of the owner and of the manager of the data processing and the individuals or categories of individuals having access to the data or who may gain knowledge of your data, as managers or individuals assigned the task of data processing;

b) confirmation of the existence of personal data about you and the logic applied to its processing using electronic instruments;

c) the deletion and transformation of the data processed into an anonymous form, or its blocking if processed in violation of the law;

d) the updating, correction or - if desired - integration of this personal data;

e) confirmation that all the data processors andmanagers who have received or gained knowledge of your data have been made aware of the operations in letters c) and d), except for cases permitted by law;

f) your right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data even if pertinent to the purposes for which it was collected;

g) your right, in any case, to oppose the processing of your personal data for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material, market research or commercial communications.
